Brain of Bierton Quiz Night – 14th May

‘A Year of Celebrations’

The Aylesbury Concert Band will be performing ‘ A Year of Celebrations’ at St. Mary’s Church on Saturday 9th April. Entry is free although there will be the opportunity to make a donation to Aylesbury Women’s Aid, as Mayor’s Charity of the Year, and the Aylesbury Concert Band.

The concert will begin at 2.30pm and refreshments are available from St. Mary’s Church.

Freedom Programme

We are currently running the Freedom Programme via Zoom and happy to hear from any women across Bucks who are interested in participating.

The aim of the programme is:

  • To help women who have experienced domestic violence make sense of and understand what has happened to them.
  • To recognise potential future abusers.
  • To hep women gain self-esteem and the confidence to improve their lives.

Christmas/New Year Opening and Emergency Contacts

Aylesbury Women’s Aid will be closed from Monday 27th – Wednesday 29th December, and on Monday 3rd January.

You can find further information and emergency contacts, including housing, here.

The National Domestic Abuse Helpline is available 24/7 on 0808 2000 247, and if you feel you’re in danger please contact the police on 999 without delay.
