With the number of Coronovirus (COVID-19) cases increasing daily, we as an organisation are keen to protect the well-being of all individuals using our services.
For the time being we’ll be offering phone instead of face to face appointments for our IDVA, Outreach, Counselling and Young People’s Service. This is to protect confidentially as well as health due to obligations around COVID-19 as a notifiable condition. Please be aware no staff member has been affected by COVID-19, nor any client to the best of our knowledge.
Our dedicated and experienced staff will be providing the same level of support and expertise by telephone. We are still able to offer solicitor appointments by telephone.
We aim to resume normal service as soon as possible, and you can be confident in our commitment to providing information and support to women and young people affected by domestic abuse.
