It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and we’re highlighting important services for anyone who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.
Oxford Health provides mental health services in the Aylesbury area, and their website says: “A mental health helpline has been launched to take pressure off 111 for mental health advice in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The round-the-clock helpline will make it quicker and easier to get the right advice. Adults should call 01865 904997, children and young people should call 01865 904998. More information can be found here. “
Safe Haven is delivered by Bucks Mind for anyone who feels they are experiencing a mental health crisis and needs support out of hours. They are currently providing one to one support by telephone. Anyone in need of support can call 01296 453017 from 6pm on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. On Thursday, Friday or Saturday the number to call is 01494 218098. See here for further information.
